It unfolds quietly, through small choices repeated day after day: a glass of water, a few conscious breaths, a moment of reflection, a different decision than yesterday. Over time, these small shifts reshape how you feel, think, and navigate through the world.
This journal is built on that philosophy.
Rather than overwhelm you with information or demand unrealistic lifestyle changes, it offers gentle structure and practical guidance that fits into real life. Each page is designed to support progress without pressure, curiosity without judgement, and growth that feels sustainable rather than exhausting.
Our intention is not to tell you who to become, but to create space for you to rediscover who you already are beneath the noise, the busyness, and the habits that may no longer serve you.
We hope this journal becomes more than something you fill in. We hope it becomes a small daily ritual of reconnection with your body, your thoughts, your values, and the life you want to create.
Because becoming a healthier, happier, more balanced version of yourself doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens one conscious day at a time.
Why we created this journal
Modern living has gradually pulled us away from many of the simple foundations that support a long, healthy, and fulfilling life. We created this journal to share those essentials in a way that feels practical, accessible, and sustainable—small, consistent habits that gently build into lasting change over time. Sarah is deeply passionate about inspiring, educating, and empowering others, but one-to-one coaching can only reach a limited number of people. This journal is our way of extending that support further, offering guidance rooted in timeless wisdom, while meeting you exactly where you are. It invites you to begin your journey at your own pace, with the opportunity to deepen and expand your health and well-being as you feel ready.
Becoming You is designed as a gentle introduction to holistic wellbeing, a starting point for anyone who feels the pull to live a little healthier, calmer, or more intentionally, even if they’re not sure what that looks like yet.
It’s also for those who already value journaling and personal growth, but are curious about weaving small daily learning into their reflective practice.
Like many people, our own journey hasn’t been a straight line. We’ve navigated stress, busy seasons, major life transitions, and the challenge of caring for our wellbeing while juggling real life. Having lived in different countries, including South Africa, Australia, and the UK, and travelled extensively, we’ve experienced first-hand how disorienting change can be, but also how much growth it can bring. Again and again, we found ourselves returning to the same truth: well-being isn’t something you achieve once and keep forever. It’s something you nurture daily, wherever you are. From experiences, we’ve learned that real, lasting change rarely happens in dramatic bursts.
